Payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio reserves the right to make changes in the conditions of sale.<\/p>\n<p>Sales take effect after receipt of the payment made by the consumer to Oot-Oot Studio\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio web shop prices include VAT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom-made orders and stock items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The delivery time for custom-made orders is 5-12 weeks. The shipping time is also included to the delivery time, which is up to 1 week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to order<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the desired products to your shopping cart by clicking the \u201cAdd to cart\u201d link on the product page.<\/li>\n<li>To review your selected items, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. When you are ready, click \u201cProceed to Checkout\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>On the checkout page fill out the required fields, choose the desired product delivery method and payment method. Fill out the data carefully since smooth delivery and settlement of disputes is dependent on it. Then click on \u201cPlace order\u201d. Thereafter you will be taken to the online bank or PayPal page to pay the bill.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio web shop orders are fulfilled on weekdays from Monday-Friday 10 AM to 5 pm EET.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>DELIVERY<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Delivery charges for furniture items are calculated at checkout and based on the size of the item and consumer\u2019s location.<\/p>\n<p>Sofas, ottomans, armchairs, sideboards and large quantity orders are shipped with a special carrier depending on the destination. The consumer will be contacted directly regarding the delivery time as it varies depending on the country. <strong>The consumer\u2019s order is delivered to street level only and will not be carried inside at destination address.<\/strong> The consumer is responsible for the disposal of pallets and other packaging used in connection with the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer will receive an e-mail with shipping information when the order is on its way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Once you have received the delivery, please inspect the products and inform Oot-Oot Studio if anything is missing or damaged<\/strong>. Please make sure that the package has not been damaged. If you see any signs of damage, please write it down on the courier paperwork. It should also be photographed. Oot-Oot Studio cannot take responsibility for damaged goods after the package has already been opened.<\/p>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio is not responsible for the damage or delay of delivery of the goods if the damage or the delivery delay is caused by <em>force majeure<\/em> circumstances.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>5-YEAR GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>The guarantee will cover 5 years from the date you receive your product. The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect on the products you buy from Oot-Oot Studio for private use. The natural wear of the materials is not covered by the warranty. <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If a defect occurs, you must consult us as soon as possible.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The use of a defective item is not permitted, as if the defect worsens, it may become impossible to repair it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you have any further questions, please contact us info@oot-oot.com.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>It is very important for us that our consumers are 100% satisfied with their purchase from Oot-Oot Studio. If the consumer wishes to return the items, non-damaged and unused Oot-Oot Studio items may be returned within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>To return the ordered goods the reason for the return should be sent by e-mail to info@oot-oot.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of goods.<\/p>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio will give the consumer a <strong>full refund of the purchase price<\/strong> and <strong>the shipping charges<\/strong> the consumer was originally charged to receive the products. The refund will not be paid before Oot-Oot Studio has received the items. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">CLAIMS<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>If the product is damaged, an email explaining the situation should be sent <a href=\"mailto:info@oot-oot.com\">info@oot-oot.com<\/a>. The complaint needs to state the product\u2019s name, consumer\u2019s telephone number, order number and description of product non-conformity with photos.<\/p>\n<p>All complaints will be reviewed and the consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the complaint was received.\u00a0Oot-Oot Studio will replace the damaged product. Oot-Oot Studio will arrange and pay for the replaced product&#8217;s shipping to destination address. Oot-Oot Studio will also arrange and pay for removal of the damaged item.<\/p>\n<p>Oot-Oot Studio is not responsible for damage to the product which occur due to improper storage or non-intended use.<\/p>\n<p>If Oot-Oot Studio has refused to settle a complaint from the consumer or the consumer does not agree with the proposed solution from Oot-Oot Studio and finds that consumer\u2019s rights have been violated the consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee, the Consumer Protection Board or by court. Consumers may file a complaint themselves or through a representative.
